If appropriate, a home exercise plan will be provided to manage your condition and advice on how to manage your identified problem.
Whether your treatment is based in your home environment or in clinic, we guarantee to provide you with an individually tailored service and you will be given the time to ask questions.
It’s likely we will need to examine you so you will need to wear suitable clothing.
If it is an upper limb or neck assessment, then please wear a vest. If it is a lower limb or spinal assessment, then please consider wearing shorts.
The cost given is for appointments within a five mile radius of our home base (Horsforth). We are happy to travel further to see you and will discuss with you an additional cost for the extra time and travel.

No. We are qualified to assess the nature of your problem then plan and implement physiotherapy. If we feel your condition requires a medical review, we will advise you at your initial assessment.
Payment is preferably made on the day using the mobile card reader.
We do except Bank transfer and requested to be within 5 days of the appointment.
Cancellation on the day of an appointment will be charged at full price as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged at 50% of the full price as agreed at the time of booking.
There will be no charge if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
